MODULE 4a:

Advanced Application of Assisted Stretching Techniques

This part is the introduction to assisted stretching techniques.

This section has 25 minutes of video and 300 words of text.

MODULE 4b:

How To Perform Assisted Stretching Exercises

There are instructions on how to perform more than 30 assisted stretching exercises on your clients for any part of the body.

There are a 42-minute video and 400 words of text for this module.

MODULE 4c:

Assisted Stretching Techniques For Working With Pregnant Clients

This module gives you guidelines and precautions for when you are dealing with pregnant clients, including how to modify exercises and which stretches to avoid.

After you have completed the modules above you will complete an exam.

The exam consists of 60 multiple choice and true/false style questions. To pass the course and attain your certificate you will need to score a minimum of 80% (at least 48 correct answers out of 60). You get three chances to pass the exam.
